Two Pianos

Gorisek-Lazar stands out as one of the few piano duos in Europe, captivating audiences with their extraordinary blend of contemporary classical, electronic, and jazz music. Their compositions pulsate with pure energy and embody a minimalist ethos. When tasked with designing the cover for their album "Two Pianos," our goal was to convey the symbiosis of the duo in an expressive yet simple and elegant manner. We opted to communicate this harmony through a symbolic line that gracefully traverses the sleeve, dividing it into two triangles representing the pianos. The album garnered widespread acclaim from critics and music enthusiasts alike. Notably, the design of the CD cover was hailed as the best on the Slovenian market. Its international recognition continued at prestigious design competitions, including the D&AD London and ADC New York awards. Client: ZKP RTV Slovenia
